The spinning plant primarily uses Australian wool fleece with a fineness ranging from 14 to 23 microns and operates entirely with condensation spinning technology.
Production consists of worsted yarns in pure wool, fine fibers, and blends, both undyed and dyed, with or without elastomer, in traditional, syro, and corespun constructions, with counts ranging from Nm 1/20 to 2/140.
The facility is a fully integrated plant (preparation, re-combing, spinning, winding, and twisting), equipped with modern machinery and capable of producing over 220 metric tons per year of high-quality “compact” yarns (Nm 60 base), operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each batch is subject to strict quality control by a fully equipped laboratory that oversees every stage of the process, from raw material testing to finished product inspection.
The spinning plant operates both on its own account and on behalf of third parties and, thanks to its synergy with the dyeing department, specializes in the production of medium and small dyed batches in customer-specified colors, with extremely short delivery times and high quality.
The company also maintains its own range of stock-dyed colors in the main yarn types required by the market.
